Academic Qualification:

1.Consultant : 

·Postgraduate degree in Food technology/Food engineering/Post harvest technology/Agricultural Science/ Engineering  with 55% marks (or) MBA with 55% marks in Rural Management/Entrepreneurship Development/HRD/Project management/Agribusiness management

 Experience:

• At least 15 years of experience in   Food processing/Agribusiness industries/Skill Development/Government organization of state govt. /center govt. and Educational institute of repute.
• Private sector person holding analogues post with relevant qualification and experience will be considered. Must be in higher management cadre for at least 5 years.
• Person having experience of implementing, driving and monitoring of large  scale  skill development project will be preferred.

2.Manager (Skill Development &  Training)  : 

Masters in Agriculture Extension/Agribusiness Management/Rural Management/Rural Development/Social work. (or)MBA with 55% marks in Human resource management /Entrepreneurship Development/Agribusiness management.

 Experience:

• With at least 3 years of experience in handling training and development programs  in Government, Semi- Government/ PSU/ Corporate sector/ rural or farm extension services. Person working in private sector of repute on analogues post will be considered.
• Person having exposure to training programs in the field of agro-processing and value addition will be preferred.

Age Limit:  

Consultant:

     Direct recruitment on contract      : 55 years

     For retired persons on contract     : 65 years

Manager (Skill Development &  Training) : 

Maximum  age limit:  

·    Direct recruitment (on contract)      : 35 years
