Academic Qualification:
Programme Officer:
MPhil/Phd in Social Sciences/Social Work/Economics or Statistics with 1 year of work
experience in the social sector/CSR in a managerial role.
OR
Masters in any field with 3 years of work experience in the social sector/CSR in a managerial
role.
Experience: Experience of project monitoring and evaluation, needs and, impact assessment is highly
desirable.
Research Fellow:
Masters in Social Work (MSW) or equivalent, relevant work experience in the social sector or
CSR desirable.
Knowledge of data collection, data analysis (especially SPSS), PRA, report writing and
database management will be highly desirable.
