1.Deputy Librarian: Pay Scale-PB3 ; `15600 - 39100, AGP = `8000/-
(1) Master’s Degree in Library Science/Information Science/
documentation with at least 55% of the marks or equivalent.
(2) 5 years’ experience in a responsible position in an
academic library.
(3) Evidence of innovative library service and organisation of published work and professional
commitment, computerization of library.
2. Assistant Workshop Superintendent :Pay Scale- PB 3 ; ` 15600-39100/-; Grade Pay = ` 5400/-
Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent. 4 years experience in
Machine Shop in a responsible capacity covering production, planning, estimating, production control and control
of labourers.
Age Limit:
Deputy Librarian: Below 50 years
Pay Application Fee: A non- refundable/ non-transferrable application fee of `500/- (for General/ OBC candidates) and `250/- (for
SC/ST/PwD candidates) is to be paid through Demand Draft only drawn in favour of the “Registrar, Indian Institute of
