Designation Location: Andhrapradesh

Academic Qualification:

Lead Consultant (Events, Fairs and Festivals) : 

Graduation in any stream with more than 60% marks or more than 7.0 CGPA from a recognized university/ college.
Full time MBA/ PGDBM/ PGDBA (Marketing)from a recognized university/ college or Diploma in event management is required

Experience Requirements 

• The applicant should have overall experience of at least 12 years in event management 
• Should have led event management for various events/ fairs/ festivals at a mega scale 
• Should have a good understanding of Government processes, hierarchies and functioning 
• Experience in conducting events, fairs or festivals for a Government Department either as a Government stakeholder or as a vendor is highly desirable IT and Soft Skills 
• Good Computing skills – Advanced skills in MS Office - Excel, Word, Power point, ability to carry out efficient secondary research is necessary. 

Consultant (Cuisines) : 
 Degree/ Diploma in Hotel Management (with specialization in Kitchen)/ culinary science/ related culinary subject is required from a leading university/ institute with more than 60% marks or more than 7.0 CGPA

Experience Requirements

• The applicant should have an overall experience of at least 10 years in restaurants/ food & beverage sector, working with leading chains 
• Should have experience of working on organizing at least 2 cuisine events/ food festivals as independent events or part of larger events where participants exceeded more than 1 lac 
• Should have a thorough understanding of all Andhra Cuisines 
• Should have a good understanding of Indian and major international cuisines 
• Good understanding of approvals required for setup of cuisine events/ food festivals in open and closed spaces 
• Create & maintain a database of market players in the area of Cuisine development

Consultant (Culture): 

Graduation in any stream

Experience Requirements 

• The applicant should have an overall experience of at least 10 years in culture department of any State/ Central Government, preferably Joint Director/ Director level 
• Should be an expert on Andhra Culture 
• Should be well aware of other Indian and International cultures 
• Create & maintain a database of market players in the area of cultural development 
• Create and maintain a database of top artists

Consultant (Handlooms, Handicrafts and Crafts): 

Graduation in any stream 

Experience Requirements 

• The applicant should have an overall experience of at least 10 years in culture/ Handlooms, Handicrafts and Arts Department of any State/ Central Government, preferably Joint Director/ Director level 
• Should be an expert on Andhra Handlooms, Handicrafts and Arts 
• Should be well aware of other Indian and International Handlooms, Handicrafts and Arts 
• Create & maintain a database of market players in the area of cultural development 

Lead Consultant (Investment Promotions) :

Full time MBA/ PGDBM/ PGDBA (Marketing or Finance or International Business) from a recognized university/ college with more than 70% marks or more than 7.5 CGPA 

Experience Requirements 

• The applicant should have an overall experience of at least 12 years in managing relationships at senior Government level and CXOs 
• Experience of driving similar investment program for a Government Ministry/ Department at the State or Central level is highly desirable 
• Should have undertaken due diligence of investment proposals 
• Should have experience of handling international investors 
•  Should have experience of organizing investor roadshows, investor meets of large scale like Vibrant Gujarat, Resurgent Rajasthan etc. 
• Should have strong public relations and media management skills for senior Government functionaries and at CXO level 
• Should have strong industry associations to various investors in tourism infrastructure, tourism services and related bodies/ associations 
• Should have strong associations/ close working relationships with all leading Indian and International Hotels and Resorts

Consultant (Tourism Infrastructure) : 

Graduation in any stream with more than 70% marks or more than 7.5 CGPA  

PGDBM/ PGDBA/ MBA from a leading, recognized college/ institute 

Experience Requirements 

• The applicant should have an overall experience of at least 8 years in managing relationships at senior Government level and CXOs 
• Experience in project development of hotels, resorts, MICE, real estate is preferable 
•  Experience of driving similar investment program for a Government Ministry/ Department at the State or Central level is highly desirable 
• Should have undertaken due diligence of investment proposals 
• Should have experience of handling international investors 
• Should have experience being part of organizing teams for investor roadshows, investor meets of large scale like Vibrant Gujarat, Resurgent Rajasthan etc. 
• Should have strong public relations and media management skills for senior Government functionaries and at CXO level 
• Should have strong industry associations to various investors in tourism infrastructure and related bodies/ associations

Consultant (Travel and Tourism Services):

PGDBM/ PGDBA/ MBA from a leading, recognized college/ institute 

Experience Requirements 

• The applicant should have an overall experience of at least 8 years in managing relationships at senior Government level and CXOs 
• Experience of driving similar investment program for a Government Ministry/ Department at the State or Central level is highly desirable  Should have undertaken due diligence of investment proposals 
• Should have experience of handling international investors

Experience Requirements 

• Should have at least 8 years of experience in managing portals, eoffice, workflow designs & implementation etc. 
• Should have fair knowledge of Government processes and approvals 
•  Should understand legal and regulatory processes
